About the Position As a refrigeration technician at TIP Group, you will be an important part of the workshop team and will be responsible for installation, service, maintenance and repair of transport refrigeration systems. The role is varied and combines practical mechanical work with troubleshooting and technical problem-solving. The work is performed in a dynamic environment where quality, customer service and technical expertise are in focus. Your duties will include: Installation of transport refrigeration systems Service and preventive maintenance of cooling units Repair and troubleshooting of transport refrigeration systems Service of both TIP Group's own vehicle fleet and external customers Diagnostics and technical troubleshooting Documentation of completed work Participation in on-call operations according to schedule We are Looking for You To succeed in this role, TIP Group is seeking a person with experience working with refrigeration systems and a strong technical interest. You work in a structured manner, are quality-conscious and enjoy solving technical problems in your daily work. Qualifications: Experience as a refrigeration technician, refrigeration installer or refrigeration technician Solid technical knowledge of service, maintenance and repair of refrigeration systems Ability to work independently and take responsibility Class B driver's license is a requirement Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Meritorious: Personal Certificate F-gas Category 1 Experience with Thermo King and Carrier systems Experience from the transport industry Class C or CE driver's license Good knowledge of English As a person, you are responsible, meticulous and service-oriented.
