Nordin Assistans was founded in Stockholm with the goal of making it easier for people with disabilities to live more independently, by being able to offer that little extra. We are based in Stockholm but have customers in different parts of Sweden. As a substitute personal assistant, you will be close by and help a fellow human being to live her life as she wishes – with as much independence as possible. You show commitment, are flexible, and have the ability to adapt to the customer's needs. In short: you are there when it really matters. We are now looking for a substitute for a position in Uppsala. The work involves varying working hours, including days, evenings, and weekends, and you will become an important part of the customer's everyday life. We prefer that you live in Uppsala. About you: You enjoy baking and cooking and have a practical touch. You are comfortable with animals, as there is a cat in the home. If you have your own dog, that's a plus, but not a requirement. We are looking for female applicants, between 30 and 60 years old. Experience in personal assistance is a merit but not a requirement – the most important thing is that you are reliable, committed, and responsive. You must speak Swedish fluently, as good communication is a requirement in this work. About the position: You work in a pleasant and personal environment where you help with practical tasks and provide support in daily life.
