About the personal assistant role As a personal assistant, you will work closely with me in my daily life. You need to have common sense and personal maturity. You should appreciate everyday routines and enjoy being in social settings. This is because you will assist and support me both in daily life and during leisure time. We are looking for someone who: I am looking for someone who is cooperative, generally cheerful, and pleasant. It is a requirement that you can cook from scratch and maintain a hygienic home. Interest in gardening, fermentation, composting, etc. is appreciated. You must be a non-smoker, have a healthy lifestyle, and be practically minded. You should have a sense of order and organization. Good physical fitness and a positive outlook on life are essential. You may have a Class B driver's license and experience driving an automatic transmission vehicle, but this is not a requirement. At Särnmark, you will always receive an introduction from the customer as well as access to training on the personal assistant role. About the employment The employment arrangement is initially a hourly position but will later be changed to a fixed-term contract once we see that everything is working well. Compensation is hourly wage. Working hours are Monday - Friday between 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, but may occasionally need to be adjusted. Wages and other employment terms according to the collective agreement for Personal Assistance, Care Employers - Kommunal. In your application, you must state your citizenship. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, EU, EES, or Switzerland, you must be able to demonstrate that you have a permanent residence permit in Sweden to be employed at Särnmark.
