Schedule is 8 AM–6 PM on weekdays. The client appreciates someone who is cheerful and positive, attentive, self-directed, and responsible. You must be comfortable with animals and not allergic to pet fur (a dog lives in the home). Due to the client's medical condition, she may come across as unfriendly but is not aggressive. This requires you to not take things personally and maintain professionalism at work. It is extremely important that you speak and understand Swedish perfectly! The client uses compression garments, which means long nails are not suitable. As an assistant, you will serve as the client's extended memory and provide support through phone calls with authorities, which requires you to be attentive and speak fluent Swedish.
