We are looking for you to work as a personal assistant on a schedule with one of our clients in Kalmar. You will work actively according to clearly established routines both in our client's home and during activities. High work ethic and sense of responsibility are required. We would appreciate it if you have experience working in care and support services; it is a merit if you have previously worked as a personal assistant. The client/representative chooses their assistants themselves, and great importance is placed on personality. Security between you and the client, as well as in your work tasks, is ensured through introductory sessions. The client is a 38-year-old woman who lives in her own apartment in Kalmar. She needs your help with everything that belongs to daily life. In addition to routines at home, she would like you to accompany her on walks, activities, visit acquaintances, or have coffee in town. When working with her, she needs your full focus, and you often work together with a colleague. For you to work well together with our client, you need qualities such as attentiveness, patience, ability to cooperate, and consequential thinking. Work hours: day, evening, weekend, and awake night shifts.
