Job Responsibilities We are currently seeking a female companion for an 18-year-old girl with intellectual disability, autism, ADHD, and epilepsy. The assignment includes 10 hours per month spread over 3-4 occasions performed on weekday afternoons and weekends. During companionship, the service user wishes to, among other things, take walks and visit swimming pools. We are looking for someone with great patience, who is organized, attentive, pedagogical, and has a genuine interest in people and emotionally-focused care. Previous experience working with people in this target group is a merit. During companionship, you will engage in various activities outside the home together with the service user. Companion services are designed to enable cultural and leisure activities outside the home and to promote the individual's social life. Employment Terms Hourly wages (incl. overtime) vary between 180-210 kr on weekends, 150-180 kr on weekday evenings, and 130-160 kr on weekdays (daytime) depending on your qualifications (education and experience).
