Vilja is an IfA-approved care provider and follows the activity-based collective agreement between Fremia and Kommunal. We offer assistance with care and quality. A requirement to begin employment with us is that you can present a personal certificate and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden. About the job, Kooperativet Vilja is seeking a cheerful and ambitious personal assistant for a pleasant 19-year-old boy living in Malmö. We are looking for someone who can work weekends. It is desirable if you can also be available as needed for vacation and sick leave coverage. We are seeking only female assistants for this position. This young man uses a wheelchair and needs support with communication, personal care, personal hygiene, and tube feeding. You will be his extended arm. Since his lungs are sensitive, it is an absolute requirement that you are smoke-free. You must also have an unimpeded command of the Swedish language.
