We are now recruiting personal assistants for a customer living in Ystad.
About the Personal Assistant Role
As a personal assistant, you work closely with a person with a disability in their daily life. You assist and support the person both in everyday activities and leisure time. Your workplace is where the customer is located, and your main responsibility is to assist the customer so they have the conditions to live the life they wish.
Duties
Your tasks depend on the customer's needs and lifestyle. They can range from personal hygiene, assistance with mobility, housekeeping, cooking, to assisting the customer at work or with activities outside the home.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is responsible, attentive, and learns new tasks easily. At Särnmark, you will always receive an introduction with the customer and have access to training about the role of personal assistant.
About the Employment
The employment is temporary for the duration of the assistance assignment, and payment is hourly. Working hours vary based on the customer's needs: daytime, evening, night shifts (active on-call and standby), weekdays, and weekends.
Salary and other employment terms according to the collective agreement for Personal Assistance, Vårdföretagarna - Kommunal.
