We are looking for you to work as a personal assistant for a woman who has physical and psychological disabilities. The woman is in her 40s and lives in Kävlinge municipality, living alone in an apartment. You must have experience working with lifting equipment as it is used for all transfers. The work involves varied tasks such as educational support in daily life, personal care, and common household work such as laundry and cooking. The job also includes documentation in our management system. You will also collaborate with the client's network, other assistants, family members, and other partners. Working hours are scheduled for day shifts, night shifts (with on-call duty), and weekends. You have the opportunity to influence your employment level. You are calm, empathetic, and dedicated. The client prefers female applicants and that you speak fluent Swedish. We place great importance on personal suitability.
