We are now hiring staff for our home care unit in Täby for evening shifts. Allegio is a family care company that wants to make a difference. Today we have over 2,500 customers from Borås in the south to Östersund in the north who have chosen us as their provider. We offer care and services through care decisions or as RUT services. Today at Allegio we have over 800 employed nursing assistants, care assistants, and cleaning staff. We are nothing without our skilled employees! Competence is important - We constantly work on development in our operations and work with quality assurance through, among other things, internal audits. We offer care and services to our customers through care decisions or as a RUT service. Based on the customer's needs, we ensure that together we create a secure service that is adapted to needs and wishes. We actively work with fixed care contacts and to meet the needs and routines of our customers in the best possible way, we prioritize small work groups with good continuity. We have our own quality management system and work systematically with quality assurance in our operations - we can always improve. Are you the one we're looking for? We're looking for you who are passionate about working with individuals, who respect our customers and providing the absolute best service is important. A driver's license is a merit. We would like you to have some experience from previous work in home care or elderly care, but it is not a requirement. It is important that you master the Swedish language in both speech and writing. The position is permanent approximately 80% It is important that you bring an extract from the criminal record at a potential employment. Interviews are held on an ongoing basis
