Learn more about us at https://assistansochhemtjanst.se/ About the Position As evening and weekend staff with us, you will meet elderly people in their own homes and support them in their daily lives—everything from personal care and hygiene to meals, mobility assistance, and social interaction. You work independently with our customers but are always part of a team that supports one another. Home care services are provided in Nyköping Municipality, and working hours are scheduled for evenings and weekends. You can either work a fixed schedule or be available on an as-needed basis and be booked according to demand. We have several positions available as our operations expand, and we're looking for people interested in working both part-time and full-time. We welcome applications from those interested in temporary positions as well as those seeking permanent employment. Permanent positions always begin with a probationary period. Prior experience in home care is an advantage. Who Are You? We're looking for someone who: - enjoys working independently and takes responsibility for their tasks - is confident, attentive, and empathetic when working with elderly people - communicates well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing - has a genuine interest in contributing to others' wellbeing and quality of life - is flexible and able to adapt to the customer's needs You must be able to cycle year-round—this is a requirement for the position. A driver's license (Category B) is not required but is advantageous, as it allows you to work in our rural outlying areas and not be limited to the city center. NOTE: We check references from our applicants, and we require an extract from the suspicion and conviction register. We have a collective agreement.
