We are now seeking an engaged and development-oriented quality development officer for the social services department, with a focus on elderly care and disability services. As a quality development officer, you will have a leadership role within your specialist area in close collaboration with department heads and their operations. You drive and develop quality work and contribute to improvements that have practical impact. Your main responsibilities: Conduct investigations on behalf of the board or social services manager Follow up both private and municipal operations based on laws, agreements, and regulations Coordinate and support development and improvement work within elderly care and disability services Participate as a requirements setter in procurements within elderly care and disability services Evaluate bids within LOV (special housing and home care services) Investigate reports according to Lex Sarah Work closely with operational managers on quality and reporting Prepare and write cases to the board when needed We are looking for you who want to work broadly with development and quality within elderly care and disability services. We see that you have: Degree in social work or other relevant higher education that the employer considers relevant for the assignment Experience in a leadership function within elderly care and/or disability services, for example as a project manager, coordinator, group leader, or manager Experience in investigation and development work as well as systematic quality work Good knowledge of SOSFS 2011:9 Experience in procurement, contract follow-up, and operations follow-up Experience in contract follow-up and monitoring of operations in municipal operations Very good ability to express yourself orally and in writing in Swedish Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 It is an advantage if you also have: Experience in project management or implementation of methods and approaches within elderly care and/or disability services Experience in mapping and analyzing processes Experience in individual systematic follow-up (ISU) As a person, you are analytical and structured, with the ability to see the bigger picture and handle complex issues. You build trusting relationships and are confident in communicating clearly and pedagogically based on the recipient's needs. About the workplace: The Social Services Department consists of two divisions: the elderly and care division and the social division. The Support and Development Unit, where this position is located, works on assignment from both boards and reports directly to the social services manager. Here you will be part of a work group of nine people with broad expertise – from quality development and investigation to digitalization and fee administration – where we together contribute to the whole.
