ABF Southeast is a newly established district operating across Småland, Blekinge and Gotland. The district's role is to coordinate, share best practices and work with activity development to create equivalent operations throughout the country. The organization is under development, so you have great opportunities to help shape working methods and structures for a long-term sustainable organization. The position involves work across the entire district's geographical area.

DUTIES
As a quality developer, you are responsible for using operational statistics to work with coordination, structure, planning and implementation of activity development. You are an important part of creating a functioning daily operation where activities can be implemented, monitored and reported in the right way. You will have many contact points and collaborate with activity developers, member organizations and cooperation partners. In these contexts, you are a reliable and structured resource who takes responsibility and facilitates the administrative work related to quality and activity monitoring.
This is not a ready-made role in a ready-made organization. It is a role for you who thrives in change, sees possibilities in the unfinished and wants to help build both structure and team.
The role includes, among other things:
· Support and coordinate quality and activity monitoring
· Initiate, coordinate and administer project activities
· Work to inspire activity development by sharing best practices
· Handle financial administration related to operations
· Work with communication tasks related to the organization
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who enjoy creating order, structure and good service in a daily operation with many contact points. You are responsible, thorough and self-reliant, and have good communication skills both verbally and in writing.
We would like to see that you have worked with administration in a similar role and are used to taking responsibility for structure, monitoring and ongoing administrative flows. You are also comfortable with financial administration, such as invoicing and simple financial flows, preferably within the non-profit sector.
It is meritorious if you have experience in public education or association work, as well as relevant education in administration or equivalent.
We consider it a matter of course that you have very good communication skills both verbally and in writing and that you are familiar with administrative systems and Microsoft365.
We place great emphasis on your personal experience and qualities and assume that you share the labor movement's values.
Requirements
B driver's license and access to your own car.
Employment form: Permanent employment.
As an employee of ABF, you are covered by the employment terms specified in the Labor Movement Agreement, which regulates, among other things, pension, vacation and salary model.
Permanent full-time employment, 6 months probation initially, goal-oriented working hours, 30 days vacation and the possibility of wellness allowance.
