This quality technician position is located in Lund, where they have a factory with approximately 150 employees. Responsibilities As a quality technician, you are responsible for ensuring that NOTE's products and processes meet internal requirements, customer requirements, and applicable standards. The role is operations-focused and you are expected to be a visible part of the operation with a strong focus on presence in production. A significant part of the work consists of handling customer complaints and supplier deviations. You analyze root causes, coordinate relevant functions, and drive actions to completion. You also identify improvement opportunities and drive initiatives that strengthen the operation's quality work. The role involves many contact points where you collaborate closely with production, engineering, procurement, and project organization, as well as maintaining dialogue with customers and suppliers on quality-related matters. Examples of responsibilities: Handle customer complaints, supplier deviations, and root cause analyses Follow up on quality issues in production and ensure that corrective actions are implemented Drive improvement work according to established quality methods and processes Participate in the startup of new products and projects from a quality perspective Assist in internal and external audits and ensure compliance with quality requirements Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities Requirements Experience in quality work within manufacturing industry Experience with deviation management, complaints, or improvement work Good understanding of quality processes Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Desirable Qualifications Experience from the electronics industry Experience with internal and external audits Experience working according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001 To succeed in this role, we believe you are a self-driven, structured, and analytical person who enjoys taking responsibility and driving matters forward.
