Your Assignment As a quality technician in corporate procurement, you play a key role in developing and strengthening how one of Sweden's largest procuring authorities works with quality, supplier development, sustainability, auditing, and preparedness and continuity management. You contribute to ensuring that public procurement maintains high quality, that suppliers develop, and that socially important deliveries function – today and in the future. You work at the interface between quality, analysis, and business development. With a strategic and long-term perspective, you develop working methods that strengthen supplier performance, identify risks, and convert analyses into concrete improvements. The work takes place in close collaboration with procurement specialists, contract managers, business units, suppliers, and other regions and organizations. You are part of the procurement strategy and development unit, where you, together with engaged colleagues, drive the development of tomorrow's procurement and follow-up work. Depending on your competence and interests, other development assignments may also become relevant. In the role, you will, among other things: - develop and further develop working methods, methods, and models for supplier monitoring and supplier development - plan, conduct, and follow up on supplier monitoring and supplier audits - conduct audits according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 and contribute to work with ISO 22301 and ISO 27001 - analyze and follow up on supplier performance, identify risks and improvement areas, and drive development toward sustainable improvements - develop key performance indicators, monitoring models, and decision support materials that strengthen management and follow-up - develop new monitoring areas and ensure that experiences from monitoring are utilized in future procurements - support procurement specialists in evaluating suppliers' quality, environmental, continuity, and information security management systems - drive improvement work together with suppliers and internal business units to strengthen quality, sustainability, and delivery capability Travel occurs in the position, both regionally, nationally, and in some cases internationally.
