About the role
As a Quality Technician, you will have a broad role focused on Huhnseal's management systems and internal quality work. You will work with maintaining documentation, procedures, and processes, and ensure that they are up to date and functioning in daily operations.
You will have close contact with different parts of the organization and work with, among other things, audits, deviation management, and monitoring of existing practices. You will also be involved in improvement projects related to quality and internal processes. The role involves close collaboration with production, and when needed, you may also support quality control with, for example, inspection and measurement of components.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with a technical background and understanding of quality in a manufacturing environment. You have experience in quality work and management systems and thrive at the intersection of quality, technology, and production. We would like you to have:
Relevant education in quality, production, mechanics, or a related technical field
Experience in quality work and management systems
Knowledge of ISO 9001
Ability to read and understand manufacturing drawings
Good proficiency in Swedish and English
Experience in measurement technology and knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 are advantageous
As a person, you are structured, curious, and solution-oriented. You enjoy collaborating with different parts of the business, asking questions, and understanding how work actually functions. You have self-drive, get things done, and dare to identify improvement opportunities when you see them.
