We are now seeking a Quality Technician for our QA team at Swedish Smokeless Solutions!
We produce snus at our production facility in Enköping and are now looking for a new colleague for our QA department as the business continues to grow.
As a Quality Technician, you will be an important part of our quality work and will have a varied role with close contact with both production and QA. You will contribute to ensuring that our procedures, processes, and products maintain high quality and meet our requirements and standards.
The position involves, among other things:
Regularly reviewing documentation and instructions in production and updating these as needed.
Conducting Root Cause Analysis when deviations are identified.
Handling customer complaints and administering any compensation gifts.
Supporting implementation and follow-up of corrective actions.
Conducting trend analyses of CCP monitoring and quality deviations.
Preparing samples and shipments for analysis at external laboratories.
Administering and managing analyses and results in the Eurofins portal.
Supporting and participating in external inspections and audits.
Conducting hygiene inspections and compiling reports.
Performing other quality-related tasks as instructed by the QA Manager.
We are looking for you who have:
Education in natural sciences at college/university level.
Experience working with quality in a production environment, preferably in food.
Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Good knowledge of English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
It is advantageous if you have knowledge of HACCP, ISO, or GMP.
