The Opportunity
Would you like to help ensure quality in one of the most critical processes in transformer production? We are now seeking a quality specialist in winding who wants to take a key role in our quality work. You will be part of a dedicated and experienced quality team where you work closely with production, engineering, suppliers, and customers to ensure that our products meet high standards for quality and performance.
In this role, you will be a specialist in the winding process and contribute your expertise in deviations, root cause analyses, improvement projects, and audits. You will also be an important resource for developing our working methods, quality processes, and standards. In other words, you will have a varied and developmental role with great opportunities to influence both the business and the future of our quality work.
How You Will Make a Difference
Take responsibility for quality assurance of our winding processes and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
Support production with quality-related issues, deviations, and troubleshooting.
Lead or participate in root cause analyses and improvement activities using established quality methods such as 8D, A3, and DMAIC.
Participate in the development of instructions, standards, and quality requirements related to the winding process.
Monitor quality results, analyze trends, and drive activities to prevent quality issues.
Conduct training and serve as specialist support for winding-related quality matters.
Your Background
You complement the practical expertise in the operation with strong technical and analytical capabilities. With a good understanding of winding processes and their quality-critical parameters, you contribute with structured problem-solving, root cause analyses, and process development together with our experienced engineers and specialists in related areas.
As a person, you are structured, analytical, and driven to solve problems and create long-term improvements. You thrive in a dynamic environment where conditions and priorities can change at short notice and have the ability to adapt your work accordingly.
Experience with quality tools and methods such as 8D, A3, DMAIC, FMEA, or statistical process control is an advantage.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. In this position, we see that you as a candidate have good knowledge in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
Good IT proficiency and experience working in digital quality systems is a merit.
