We are now recruiting a quality coordinator for a major infrastructure project with one of our clients. You will be employed by Genero but will work on-site at the client's location. The assignment is full-time for three years with good opportunities for extension. You will work full-time 40 hours per week. The Quality Coordinator will coordinate quality work in the main project. This includes planning and conducting quality-related tasks, monitoring that the main project follows applicable procedures, supporting main project members in quality-related work, including reporting. The Quality Coordinator is responsible for: staying updated on applicable laws, regulations, traffic administration guidelines, and other governing documents developing a quality plan for the main project and updating it as needed ensuring that the main project's quality work is conducted according to the main project's procedures and TF requirements. This includes driving process monitoring work within the main project when necessary, convening the assignments for quality reviews to gain insight into their quality work participating in main project and project-related meetings to stay informed about operational needs and progress when necessary, reviewing documents produced within the main project to ensure they meet high quality standards regarding overall content and formatting as well as language and formalities preparing for TG decisions developing materials and processes for experience surveys and training and supporting main project members in experience surveys owning the experience log and deviation log and ensuring these are used correctly Mandatory requirements for the position: At least five years of experience in quality coordination work such as developing procedures, writing quality plans, and following up on quality work as well as support in complying with required laws and guidelines. The position/assignment must have been held full-time for at least 3 years, and at least 50% during the remaining 2 years. Does this sound like an assignment that could be right for you?
