About the Position
As a Supplier Quality Assurance Professional at Siemens Energy in Finspång, you will have a central and coordinating role in supplier quality management. You will be responsible for specific procurement areas and their suppliers, focusing on driving quality issues forward and ensuring that appropriate actions are taken on time. The role involves numerous internal and external contacts, and you will serve as an important link between the operations and suppliers.
You will work through the entire deviation process, from registration and analysis to action, implementation, and follow-up. An important part of the work is also to analyze quality data, follow up on suppliers' root cause analyses, and contribute to the development of both processes and supplier collaborations.
In your role as Supplier Quality Assurance Professional, your main responsibilities will include:
Coordinate and drive activities related to supplier-related quality deviations.
Follow up on root cause analyses (RCA) and ensure that implemented actions prevent recurring deviations.
Analyze statistics and quality data to monitor results and identify recurring quality issues.
Prepare documentation and statistics for, among other things, supplier and follow-up meetings.
Contribute to continuous improvements through process and supplier development.
Ensure that proper cost documentation is available in the event of claims against suppliers.
This is a full-time consulting position starting in October 2026. The assignment initially runs for one year. Travel occurs occasionally within Sweden and internationally, primarily within Europe.
About You
We are looking for someone with approximately 4–6 years of work experience in, for example, production, procurement, quality, or a related field. You have a clear interest in quality issues and an understanding of how different parts of an organization need to work together to achieve good results. Experience with SAP is an important part of this role.
As a person, you are structured and analytical while enjoying a role with many contact points. You like to create order, drive work forward, and find opportunities for improvement. Because you will have contact with both international suppliers and different parts of the internal organization, you are communicative, relationship-building, and pedagogical in the way you convey information.
Important for the position:
4–6 years of relevant work experience in, for example, quality, production, or procurement.
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Experience working in SAP.
