As a Quality Engineer, you play an important role in the work we do at Lumire for all of Luleå. Together we make Luleå sustainable. About the role In your role as Quality Engineer, you will be part of the Quality and Environment Department, which supports other departments at Lumire to ensure and monitor the company from a quality and environmental perspective. One of Lumire's goals is to establish a user-friendly and certifiable management system that ensures Lumire complies with legal requirements, customer expectations and long-term sustainability goals. As Quality Engineer, you are responsible for leading and coordinating the development, implementation and management of Lumire's management system for all operations. The role involves coordinating resources and creating a clear and sustainable structure for the management system. You support managers and operations in mapping and visualizing processes as well as documenting and implementing the management system. A large part of the assignment is currently focused on building, structuring and quality assuring the management system documentation. The work includes, among other things, development and revision of governing documents, procedures, process descriptions and other necessary documentation, as well as administrative coordination to ensure a uniform and well-functioning management system. After implementation, you are responsible for the maintenance and further development of the system as well as coordination of internal and external audits. We are looking for you who have relevant university or college education in engineering, environment or quality. We would like you to have the following competencies and experience: · Experience with quality work and management systems, preferably according to ISO standards. · Experience in project management, preferably in public operations or technical infrastructure. · Knowledge of water and sewerage or waste operations is a merit. · Good ability to document, structure and analyze processes. · Experience in change management and training initiatives. As a person, you are structured and analytical with the ability to see the whole picture and drive work forward in a methodical manner. You are communicative and pedagogical and enjoy explaining, anchoring and engaging others in change work. You work independently with clear personal responsibility, while also being comfortable collaborating and building good relationships.
