Quality Engineer

About the Role We are seeking an experienced and self-driven quality engineer for a consulting assignment at a leading industrial company. You will have a central role in quality work and collaborate closely with several parts of the organization to ensure high quality throughout the entire value chain. Examples of Responsibilities: Drive and develop quality work within production, procurement, and development. Establish and follow up on control plans and handle quality deviations. Lead incident investigations and conduct root cause analyses. Ensure quality in the supplier chain through follow-up and complaints handling. Participate in audits, quality inspections, and improvement initiatives. Collaborate with production, design, and procurement on quality-related matters. Who You Are You hold a higher education degree or equivalent work experience in quality or engineering. You have several years of experience in qualified quality work within industrial operations. You have strong knowledge of quality management according to ISO 9001. You are accustomed to working independently and taking responsibility for complex quality issues. You have experience with deviation management, root cause analyses, and improvement work. You are able to undergo and pass required security clearance. Merits Experience from production, supplier quality, procurement, or product development. Experience with internal audits and supplier audits. Experience working in cross-functional teams within technical operations.
