We are now looking for you to take on a broad and independent role at Salubrious AB in Stenkullen, just outside Gothenburg. About the Position Professionals Nord is seeking, in collaboration with Salubrious AB, a Quality Manager & Sales Representative. The role is divided approximately 50/50 between quality work and sales. As quality manager, you are responsible for maintaining and developing the company's quality system. You maintain KMA work, ensure it is complied with and kept alive, and implement new directives and regulations. The role also includes work with, among other things, CE, EUDAMED, and follow-up of complaints and deviations. You monitor statistics, identify recurring problems, and drive improvement measures. Here it is important that you dare to set requirements and ensure that things actually get done. The other half of the role is sales, with a focus especially on fall protection products and Zippsafe work cabinets. You work with both inside and outside sales and receive independent responsibility for selected product groups, where you will, among other things, help develop the market and build customer relationships. You don't need to have worked with quality, KMA, or medical technology before. The most important thing is that you are curious, self-driven, and have the ability to familiarize yourself with regulations and new areas. Previous experience in quality, medical technology, or sales is a merit and is seen as a plus. About Salubrious AB Salubrious AB was founded in 2000 and currently has 8 employees. The company sells, manufactures, and distributes medical technology products to Scandinavian healthcare. The head office is located in Stenkullen. Your Tasks Quality and KMA: - Maintain and develop the company's quality system and KMA - Ensure that new directives and regulations are implemented - Work with CE and EUDAMED - Follow up on complaints, deviations, and incorrect deliveries - Analyze statistics and drive improvement measures Sales: - Manage sales of, among other things, fall protection products and Zippsafe - Work with both inside and outside sales - Independently manage selected product groups and develop the market - Build and develop customer relationships The products include, among other things, fall protection mattresses, folding fall mattresses, fall protection for toilets, gate guards, Legsupport, and other protection solutions. We are Looking for Someone Who: - Has an interest in quality, regulations, and improvement work - Is self-driven, thorough, and takes initiative - Has an easy time familiarizing yourself with new areas and taking independent responsibility - Has drive and dares to set requirements when procedures need to be followed - Has good communication skills and enjoys both internal and external contacts - Has a valid driver's license (category B) - Speaks Swedish and English well in speech and writing It is a merit if you have: - Experience in quality work, KMA, or quality management systems - Experience from medical technology or another regulated industry - Knowledge within CE, EUDAMED, or similar regulations - Previous sales experience As a person, you are driven, structured, and curious. You enjoy working independently and like to combine rule-based work with customer contact and sales.
