What Does the Role Offer?
As a Quality Manager, you will have overall responsibility for developing, implementing, and following up on the company's quality work and quality systems. You will be a key person with the opportunity to influence processes, working methods, and the company's continued development. The role is operationally close and involves quality responsibility without personnel responsibility.
Your main responsibilities include:
• Responsibility for quality work, processes, documentation, procedures, quality systems, and standards.
• Drive improvement initiatives, deviation management, and root cause analyses.
• Ensure and develop effective project processes.
• Handle internal and external complaints.
• Initiate and conduct follow-ups and audits.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement them into concrete actions.
• Support quality work in production and in the field together with the installation team.
You report to the Operations Manager and work closely with the management team and various departments in the organization. The role gives you the opportunity to influence both daily quality work and long-term development.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone with experience in quality work within industry, production, or technology who enjoys combining operational work with a strategic perspective. You have experience with deviation management, improvement initiatives, and process development, and you are confident in driving issues from problem to implemented solution.
You may have post-secondary education in technology, quality, or similar, but relevant work experience is also highly valued. Experience with ISO standards, quality management systems, LEAN, audits, or project management is a plus. You are fluent in Swedish and English in speaking and writing and have good IT skills.
