Do you want to develop quality work at a growing Swedish dietary supplement manufacturer? Swenergy develops and manufactures dietary supplements for customers with high standards for quality, documentation, and delivery reliability. We are in an exciting growth phase and are now looking for a Quality Manager / QA Manager who wants to play a central role in our continued development. About the role As Quality Manager, you are responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving the company's quality work. You work closely with management, production, procurement, and sales, and ensure that quality requirements, processes, and procedures are followed while driving improvement work and development initiatives. Your main responsibilities - Oversee the company's quality work and quality system - Drive development and improvement of quality processes - Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and quality requirements - Handle deviations, complaints, and corrective actions - Review raw materials, specifications, and supplier documentation - Ensure that certificates of analysis (COA) are obtained, reviewed, and archived - Conduct supplier assessments and supplier approvals - Participate in the development and updating of product specifications - Participate in audits, quality monitoring, and improvement projects We are looking for someone who - Has experience in quality work and an interest in developing and improving processes, procedures, and quality systems. Experience from food, dietary supplements, pharmaceuticals, or related industries is considered advantageous. - Has a good understanding of quality systems, document management, and process development - Is structured, thorough, and quality-conscious - Has good administrative skills - Is comfortable taking responsibility and driving issues forward - Communicates well in Swedish and English Meritorious qualifications - HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, supplier audits, labeling and regulatory matters, and experience from manufacturing operations.
