Don't hesitate to submit your application! About the Position Bravida is now seeking a quality assurance manager for electrical work on their EcoDataCenter project in Borlänge/Falun. This is a production-focused role with emphasis on quality in completed electrical installations on site. The focus is on establishing, developing, and monitoring self-inspections as well as ensuring that work on site meets the required standard. You will work broadly with quality assurance in the project – from inspections of installations, materials, and equipment to follow-up prior to commissioning and completion. The role also includes responsibility for documentation, deviation management, and coordination between different parties to ensure quality assurance is maintained throughout. Work Location: Borlänge/Falun Project: Work on Bravida's EcoDataCenter project Working Hours: Office hours Employment Type: Direct placement with client Start Date: By agreement Your Responsibilities Responsible for and develop self-inspections for electrical installations Monitor and ensure quality in completed installation work Conduct internal inspections and pre-inspections Work close to project, production, and site management on site Identify deviations and drive improvement measures Support the organization in quality matters and working methods Collaborate with project managers, commissioning, and other support functions About You We are looking for someone who is organized and thorough, with a strong focus on quality in everything you do. You are communicative and collaborate easily with different functions in projects, while being confident in setting requirements when needed. You work proactively, take your own initiatives, and have a natural drive to improve working methods and ensure high quality. Formal Requirements Education in electrical work, for example from upper secondary school, vocational school, or university Solid experience with electrical installations on site in project and production environments Experience with self-inspections and quality assurance of installations Knowledge of voltage testing Knowledge of ESA Very good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written Category B driving license Meritorious Qualifications Experience from roles such as project manager, service manager, or contract engineer Background as a lead installer or experience managing electrical projects Experience with internal inspections or work as an inspection officer Experience developing and optimizing self-inspections Experience with relay protection testing (low and high voltage) Experience with Dalux or similar systems About Bravida Bravida ensures that what must work, works.
