About the Job As Quality Assurance Manager, you hold a key role in developing, managing, and ensuring the company's integrated management system. You work closely with management, production, procurement, engineering, and customers to create an operation characterized by high quality, sustainable development, and continuous improvement. The role is both strategic and operational, meaning you drive the development of management systems while translating requirements and goals into practical improvement initiatives throughout the organization. You ensure compliance with relevant standards, customer requirements, and legal requirements, and lead audit work and manage non-conformances and risk analyses. Furthermore, you serve as qualified support to the organization within quality, environment, and sustainability, educating the business in relevant methods and contributing to strengthening the company's sustainability efforts and long-term competitiveness. As a central point of contact for various stakeholders, you represent the company on matters concerning quality, environment, and sustainability, while driving the development of a culture where responsibility, improvement work, and sustainability are a natural part of operations. Your main areas of responsibility include: Responsible for and further develop the company's integrated management system according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and NIS2/ISO 27001 Plan and conduct internal audits and coordinate external certification and customer audits Lead non-conformance management and complaint investigations using structured problem-solving methods such as 8D, CAPA, and 5 Why Educate, support, and coach the organization within quality, environment, and sustainability Serve as the company's contact person for quality, environment, and sustainability matters with customers, suppliers, and certification bodies Manage quality issues and ensure compliance with requirements within the organization Develop and drive the company's sustainability/environmental work, including work with EcoVadis, ESG Work on preparations for CSRD/ESRS We are Looking for You You have strong expertise within quality, environment, and sustainability. You have the ability to combine a strategic perspective with an operational approach and thrive in a role where you collaborate broadly within the organization and drive development together with different functions. Experience in ensuring compliance with standards, legal requirements, and customer requirements. We would like you to have experience from similar roles but are also open to people with less experience but with relevant education within quality/environment/sustainability. To thrive and succeed in the role, we believe you are a confident, engaged, and driven person who combines a strategic holistic perspective with strong implementation capabilities. You work in a structured and analytical manner, have high integrity, and are motivated by creating long-term improvements that contribute to business development. At the same time, you are solution-oriented, unpretentious, and enjoy working closely with operations to translate requirements and goals into concrete results. You like to take initiative, drive change, and contribute energy and commitment to work with quality, environment, and sustainability. We believe you have: Relevant higher education or equivalent work experience Experience working according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 Good knowledge of non-conformance management, 8D, CAPA, FMEA, and risk analyses Experience with sustainability work, preferably including EcoVadis as well as knowledge of CSRD and ESRS Very good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written It is advantageous if you have experience from production or manufacturing industry where you have worked with continuous improvement and process development. Previous experience from defense, aviation, automotive, or other regulated manufacturing industry as well as knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, AQAP, or PPAP is positive. The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to applicable regulations for security clearance. For positions requiring security classification, this may, if applicable, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
