We're now looking for a Quality Manager who wants to take a comprehensive approach to quality management and become a key person in the company's continued development. With extensive experience in advanced metal processing, the company offers everything from prototypes to series production with high quality and modern technology. The investment continues through new facilities in Hestra while production in Nissafors is being further developed. About the Position As Quality Manager, you'll have a central role in the business where you're responsible for developing, driving, and monitoring the company's quality management. You'll work both operatively and strategically with colleagues in production, management, and the quality team. The role involves close collaboration with the company's customers where you're responsible for customer audits, complaint handling, and quality dialogues. You'll also drive improvement initiatives and ensure that operations meet applicable standards and customer requirements. An important part of the role is also being involved when new products are introduced. You'll investigate which regulations and requirements apply to different products and ensure that these are implemented in the company's working methods. You'll be based at both Nissafors and the company's new facility in Hestra, giving you a broad insight into the entire operation. Your Responsibilities Drive and develop the company's quality management. Responsible for customer audits and external quality audits. Handle complaints and be the point of contact with customers on quality matters. Initiate and lead improvement initiatives in the business together with the quality team. Ensure that quality processes comply with ISO 9001 and contribute to the company's continued work toward ISO 14001 certification. Ensure that laws, regulations, and customer requirements are followed when introducing new products. Develop and update procedures, processes, and documentation. Work closely with production, management, and other functions. What We're Looking For We believe you have experience with quality management in manufacturing and thrive in a role where you can combine structure, problem-solving, and development work. We'd like to see that you have: Experience with quality management in manufacturing. Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 and preferably ISO 14001. Experience with customer audits and complaint handling. Ability to drive improvement initiatives and create structure. Knowledge of quality requirements in, for example, metal processing, laser cutting, press braking, or welding is a plus. Good Swedish and English, both written and spoken. As a Person To succeed in this role, you're a structured and solution-oriented person who's comfortable taking responsibility. You work well with different functions while daring to challenge existing practices when improvement potential exists. You're unpretentious, have a practical approach, and don't hesitate to roll up your sleeves when the business needs it.
