On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Quality Analyst who wants to work with analysis, documentation, and management of external software components. We welcome your application! ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Quality Analyst, you will be part of a team that reviews and documents software from external vendors and open source projects. You are responsible for quality-assuring the management of third-party software and ensuring that relevant requirements and processes have been followed in connection with the procurement. The role is broad and largely administrative. You coordinate the overall process and ensure that relevant information is correctly documented, structured, and registered in the organization's systems. The work also includes reviewing software based on legal, security, and organizational requirements, and ensuring that it meets the organization's needs and guidelines. An important part of the work is performing quality and security analyses as well as reading and interpreting various license terms. You will also work with Configuration Management by managing documentation and creating relevant product structures for the software. You work both independently and together with other team members. The role also includes reviewing analyses performed by others and contributing to developing and improving the team's processes and working methods. Since the investigation materials are written in English, you need to feel confident reading, interpreting, and documenting technical information in English. You will, for example: Perform quality and security analyses of external software components Document analyses and register information in the organization's systems Manage documentation and product structures based on Configuration Management Read and interpret license texts and other technical documents Review analyses performed by other team members Contribute to developing and improving processes and working methods WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU AS: Have a university degree in cognitive science, systems science, or equivalent Have previous experience with software and a good technical understanding Have knowledge of or understanding for open source and related communities Are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as both languages are used in daily work It is meritorious if you have: Experience with Configuration Management Knowledge of software security Experience with technical documentation or work as a technical writer Experience reading and interpreting software license terms We will place great emphasis on your personal suitability.
