We operate: Scheduled services School transportation Charter services Bus tours, primarily within Sweden We also have our own modern workshop where we service and maintain our entire vehicle fleet. About the Position As a Quality and Operations Developer, you will have a central role in our operations. Your mission is to ensure that GotlandsBuss continues to deliver high quality to our passengers and clients while driving the company's development forward. You are responsible for ensuring that we meet: our quality objectives our traffic agreements applicable legislation the company's internal procedures ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. You will work both strategically and operatively with analyses, monitoring, and improvement work together with management and employees. The position also includes the tasks described in the job description, including quality monitoring, ISO work, deviation management, regulatory compliance, reporting, and operations support. Your Main Tasks You will work with: developing and monitoring the company's quality work driving improvement initiatives across the organization analyzing operational results and key metrics monitoring traffic agreements and quality requirements responsibility for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 planning and participating in internal and external audits handling and monitoring deviations, incidents, and complaints monitoring driving and rest times preparing decision-making materials and reports for the CEO and management group cooperating with traffic control, workshop, customer service, and other operations developing procedures and work methods that make GotlandsBuss even better. Desirable Qualifications We would like you to have: relevant higher education or other education that GotlandsBuss considers equivalent alternatively, several years of experience from similar tasks experience in quality work, operations development, or process development good administrative skills good computer skills good knowledge of Microsoft Office good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
