Your assignment As Quality and Development Manager, you will have a central role within the care and social services division. You lead and coordinate systematic quality work and ensure that operations develop in line with legislation, political decisions, and the municipality's goals. Approximately 8 people who work in the quality and development department will report directly to you. You work closely with management and the organization's managers. Through follow-up, analysis, and clear prioritization, you help the organization translate goals and decisions into concrete improvements. Your assignment also includes leading major development projects, implementing new ways of working, and driving operational digitalization and the development of welfare technology. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who combines strategic ability with a genuine interest in people and operations. You are a confident and clear leader who creates trust, engagement, and good collaboration. You see the big picture but also have the ability to move from analysis to action and ensure that changes have an effect in everyday life. You have a relevant academic degree and several years of experience in qualified quality, management, or development work within care, social services, social welfare, or related activities. You have management experience or other extensive and documented leadership experience, as well as good knowledge of systematic quality work, follow-up, and change management. We would like you to have experience from municipal care and social services and be accustomed to working in a politically governed organization. Experience leading managers or qualified specialists, working closely with management, and driving change management is meritorious. Great weight will be placed on your leadership, your development ability, and your ability to create results together with others.
