We are now seeking a Quality and Development Manager who wants to help us develop our work methods, processes, and management systems while supporting us in achieving even higher quality.
About the role
You will have a central role in Allegio's continued development. You will work closely with our central and regional management teams to ensure quality, compliance, and operational development across the entire organization.
The role combines quality work with change management and operational development. You will identify areas for improvement, drive development projects, and ensure that our operations continue to work in accordance with legal requirements, municipal agreements, and internal guidelines.
You will be part of the management team and report to the CEO.
Your main responsibilities
Develop and manage Allegio's management system.
Plan and conduct internal audits, self-inspections, and quality monitoring.
Analyze and investigate deviations, complaints, and quality results and ensure that improvement measures are implemented.
Develop and improve procedures, processes, governing documents, and annual schedules.
Train and support Regional Managers in quality and improvement work.
Support procurement, contract follow-ups, and regulatory contacts.
Monitor developments in legislation, regulations, and industry requirements.
Contribute to digitalization and development of modern work methods.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with experience in quality and operational development within healthcare and social services.
You have:
Relevant higher education or university degree, such as social worker, registered nurse, or physiotherapist.
Experience with quality work, process development, or operational development.
Strong analytical skills and experience working with monitoring and key performance indicators.
Excellent ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish.
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and digital operational systems.
It is meritorious if you have experience with:
Management systems according to SOSFS 2011:9.
Deviation management, Lex Sarah, and quality audits.
Public procurement (LOV and LOU).
Project management and change work.
Power BI or other analysis tools.
