A video if you want to learn more about Lumibird's operations in Gothenburg: Lumibird Photonics Sweden About the Job As Quality, Environment and Sustainability Manager, you will have a key role in developing, managing, and ensuring the company's integrated management system. You will work closely with management, production, procurement, engineering, and customers to create an operation characterized by high quality, sustainable development, and continuous improvement. The role is both strategic and operational, meaning you drive the development of management systems while translating requirements and goals into practical improvement initiatives throughout the organization. You will ensure compliance with relevant standards, customer requirements, and legal requirements, and lead audit work while managing non-conformances and risk analyses. Furthermore, you will serve as qualified support to the organization within quality, environment, and sustainability, train the operation in relevant methods, and contribute to strengthening the company's sustainability efforts and long-term competitiveness. As a central point of contact for various stakeholders, you will represent the company on matters concerning quality, environment, and sustainability, while driving the development of a culture where responsibility, improvement work, and sustainability are a natural part of the operation. Your main areas of responsibility include: Responsibility for and further development of the company's integrated management system according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and NIS2/ISO 27001 Plan and conduct internal audits and coordinate external certification and customer audits Lead non-conformance management and complaint investigations using structured problem-solving methods such as 8D, CAPA, and 5 Why Develop and drive the company's sustainability efforts, including work with EcoVadis, ESG, and preparations for CSRD/ESRS Educate, support, and coach the organization in quality, environment, and sustainability Be the company's contact person for quality, environment, and sustainability with customers, suppliers, and certification bodies. We Are Looking For Someone Who You have strong expertise in quality, environment, and sustainability. You have the ability to combine a strategic perspective with an operational approach and thrive in a role where you collaborate broadly within the organization and drive development together with different functions. Experience ensuring compliance with standards, legal requirements, and customer requirements. We would prefer candidates with experience from similar roles, but we are also open to people with less experience but with relevant education. We believe you have: Relevant university degree or equivalent work experience Experience working according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 Good knowledge of non-conformance management, 8D, CAPA, FMEA, and risk analyses Experience with sustainability work, preferably including EcoVadis, and knowledge of CSRD and ESRS Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written It is advantageous if you have experience from production or manufacturing industry where you have worked with continuous improvement and process development. Previous experience from defense, aerospace, automotive, or other regulated manufacturing industry, as well as knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, AQAP, or PPAP is positive. The position requires that you undergo and be approved according to applicable security clearance regulations. For positions where Lumibird has security clearance requirements, this may, where applicable, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
