Quality and Sustainability Manager at Hot Screen AB

Hot Screen AB is seeking a Quality and Sustainability Manager who wants to drive and develop our work within these areas. The role is broad and operationally focused, and involves close collaboration with both production and commercial functions as well as the company's support processes.
You will report to Hot Screen's operations manager. The position is located at our office in Fjärås.
About the role
As Quality and Sustainability Manager, you will lead and drive the company's work within environment, sustainability, and quality. You will ensure that operations meet relevant internal and external requirements and represent the company to authorities and certification bodies.
You will continuously work to develop routines, processes, and working methods, and monitor changes in legislation and other requirements that affect operations.
In the role, you will, among other things:
lead and develop the company's environmental, sustainability, and quality work
establish, implement, and develop routines and instructions
monitor work related to STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX, STeP by OEKO-TEX, ISO 9001:2015, and ISO 14001:2015
manage and coordinate systematic workplace safety efforts (SAM)
have overall responsibility for the company's chemical handling
follow up on deviations and drive improvement measures
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is responsible and experienced in independently driving matters from idea to implementation. The company's best interests are a clear starting point in your work, and you have the ability to prioritize and make decisions based on operational needs and the bigger picture.
Structure is a very important part of the role. You will work with a large amount of documentation, materials, routines, and follow-up, which requires you to work systematically and carefully. You create order and ensure that materials are kept current and easily accessible.
At the same time, you thrive in a broad role with many contact points and have the ability to combine regulations and requirements with practical, operationally focused improvement work.
For the role, you must have:
some years of experience from a similar role.
relevant education in quality, environment, sustainability, or a corresponding field.
experience working with certifications in quality, environment, and/or sustainability.
the ability to work in a structured way with routines, processes, and follow-up, and to independently drive improvement work forward.
good collaboration skills and the ability to communicate with different parts of the organization.
It is advantageous if you have:
experience from a similar role in a manufacturing company.
