Logent operates internal logistics for Saab AB in Tannefors, Linköping, and is now seeking a driven Quality and Deviation Manager! About the Role: You will be responsible for quality and deviation management at the Tannefors site. You ensure that operations comply with applicable regulations and lead investigations of quality deviations. To thrive and succeed in this role, you need to be solution-oriented and have the ability to identify and realize initiatives that create clear operational value. You are comfortable in a changing environment and are skilled at building consensus and engagement around change. The role reports to the Site Manager and is located in Tannefors. Responsibilities: Receive deviations from internal functions or customers Ensure timely responses to deviations within given timeframes Lead investigations of deviations Facilitate internal and customer-facing meetings regarding deviation management Support managers in implementing changes needed to address deviations Work proactively on quality management to reduce the risk of deviations Develop proposals for and initiate improvement activities related to quality management for operations or the improvement working group Ensure that regulatory updates are communicated internally and verify compliance with updated regulations Communicate with customers regarding regulations (for example, improvement proposals, simplifications, and compliance) Review how we follow our Regulatory Documents Authorities: Conduct root cause analyses Lead investigation work Respond to customer deviations Submit deviations to customers Conduct internal audits related to regulatory documents Monitor regulatory documents Requirements: Experience in quality management Merits: • System experience with IFS • Experience with Saab's quality management • Experience writing Root Cause Analysis reports We are looking for someone who is: • Structured, thorough, and quality-conscious. • Analytical and solution-oriented. • Independent with strong collaboration skills. • Communicative and experienced working with multiple stakeholders.
