Logent manages internal logistics for Saab AB in Tannefors, Linköping, and is now recruiting a driven Quality and Deviation Manager! About the Role: You will be responsible for quality and deviation management at the Tannefors site. You ensure that operations comply with applicable regulations and lead investigations into quality deviations. To thrive and succeed in this role, you need to be solution-oriented and have the ability to identify and implement initiatives that create clear operational value. You are comfortable in a dynamic environment and skilled at building consensus and engagement around change. The role reports to the Site Manager and is based in Tannefors. Key Responsibilities: Receive deviations from internal functions or customers Ensure that deviations are addressed within specified timeframes Conduct deviation investigations Facilitate internal and customer-facing meetings regarding deviation management Support managers in implementing changes needed to address deviations Work proactively on quality management to reduce the risk of deviations Develop proposals for and initiate improvement activities related to quality management for operations or working groups Ensure that regulatory updates are communicated internally and verify that we can work in compliance with updated regulations Communicate with customers regarding regulations (for example, improvement suggestions, simplifications, and compliance) Review how we comply with our Regulatory Documents Authorities: Conduct root cause analyses Drive investigation work Respond to customer deviations Send deviations to customers Conduct internal audits related to regulatory documents Monitor regulatory documents Requirements: Experience with quality management Meritorious: • System experience with IFS • Experience with Saab's quality management • Experience writing Root Cause Analysis We are looking for someone who is: • Structured, thorough, and quality-conscious. • Analytical and solution-oriented. • Independent with strong collaboration skills. • Communicative and experienced working with multiple stakeholders About the Application: We review applications and conduct interviews on an ongoing basis, so please submit your application today!
