As Quality & Environment Manager, you'll be the hub of the company's quality and sustainability efforts. You drive and develop routines, processes, and working methods that ensure the business delivers consistently, safely, and in an environmentally smart way – both today and tomorrow. Be the primary responsible for quality systems and environmental work in the business Ensure that routines, processes, and instructions are clear, up-to-date, and followed in daily operations Drive improvement work together with production, technology, sales, and management Prepare, conduct, and follow up on internal and external audits Support managers and colleagues with questions regarding quality, environment, and sustainability Follow up on key metrics, conduct analyses, and develop concrete action proposals Who we think you are We believe you're someone who likes order and structure, but doesn't get stuck in paperwork. You're confident in yourself, clear in your communication, and experienced working closely with both production and management. You have an interest in environment and sustainability, and you see opportunities where others see problems. You bring experience from similar tasks, preferably within industry or manufacturing, and you understand how quality and environmental work connects with daily production operations.
