RIGA CITY MUNICIPALITY OUTDOOR SPACES AND MOBILITY DEPARTMENT announces a competition for a vacant position Administrative Management Quality Manager (full-time position for an indefinite period) The Riga City Municipality's Outdoor Spaces and Mobility Department is the leading institution of Riga City Municipality in the field of traffic, transport (including public transport services) and outdoor lighting, responsible for maintaining, designing and organizing the construction of transport infrastructure facilities, supervising, coordinating and controlling public transport services and passenger commercial transportation, resolving and coordinating traffic organization and traffic safety matters, maintaining the city's public transport system and developing development concepts, attracting investments for the realization of approved concepts, organizing the operation, maintenance and decorative lighting management of Riga City Municipality's outdoor lighting networks, maintaining and managing street lighting, traffic lights and street clocks, technical operation and maintenance of mechanisms, ensuring the maintenance of territories owned or belonging to the municipality, renovating objects in municipal ownership and public use, and implementing territory improvement projects. We will entrust you with Ensuring the development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of quality management system principles. Identifying, analyzing and evaluating factors affecting the department's processes and quality management system operations, developing proposals for risk reduction and prevention. Developing a quality management system model and its implementation plan. Developing, implementing and coordinating quality improvement initiatives, methods and tools to promote the effectiveness of departmental processes, service quality and a customer-oriented approach. Developing process maps, process descriptions, instructions and other process-regulating documents. Performing process risk identification, assessment and monitoring, coordinating risk mitigation measures planning and controlling their implementation. We expect Higher education. Higher level state language proficiency. Work experience in the field of quality management. Knowledge of record keeping and ability to prepare legal documents. Analytical thinking, ability to work with large volumes of information. Good information technology skills. A sense of responsibility and the ability to independently and purposefully organize work.
