JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The Employer Unit is part of the HR Department with a broad national and coordinating mission for the entire agency. The Employer Unit consists of three sections: Employer Development, Competence Supply, and Manager Supply. We work with issues that create value for the entire Police Authority. The position involves working as management support within the Employer Unit with responsibility for delivering high-quality administrative and coordinated support to managers and employees. You have a central role in the unit's coordinating activities, which means many contacts both within the HR Department and with other organizational units within the Police. The assignment involves providing support to the unit's management, which consists of daily administration and handling of the unit's operational issues. Examples include email management and disclosure of public documents. You contribute to coordinating unit-wide operational matters such as operational planning, competence planning, budgeting, and follow-up. QUALIFICATIONS This is an opportunity for you who have: • A relevant academic degree for the position • Experience independently developing and simplifying internal procedures • Several years of experience in qualified management, staff, or operational support • Experience from complex organizations and translating strategic goals into operational implementation • Experience with analytical work and creating high-quality decision-making materials • Very strong ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing Meritorious • Experience with records management, journaling, confidentiality marking, and archiving • Practical experience with tasks affected by the Administrative Procedure Act and the principle of public access.
