About the Position As an hourly substitute, you will provide individually tailored support to people covered by the LSS target group 1. In our facilities, people with intellectual disabilities, autism, and other neuropsychiatric variations live. Many of our service users have extensive and complex support needs. This can include communication difficulties, need for clarifying pedagogy, mental health challenges, challenging behaviors, and the need for structured and low-stimulus interaction. The work includes, among other things: Support in daily life based on implementation plans. Care services and practical support in the home. Social documentation according to applicable guidelines. Collaboration with colleagues, family members, and other professionals. Contributing to safety, participation, and self-determination for the individual. Work occurs during days, evenings, weekends, and on-call nights according to operational needs. Qualifications Requirements Experience working in LSS operations or other equivalent care services. Education in care and support, support pedagogy, or other relevant education. Experience working with people who have extensive support needs. Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish in speech and writing. Ability to document and follow procedures. Driver's license (Category B). Meritorious Experience with autism and intellectual disabilities. Knowledge of low-stimulus interaction. Experience with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication). Experience with clarifying pedagogy and positive behavior support. Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who is confident, responsible, and professional in your approach.
