The overarching goal of the collaboration program is secure, efficient, and coordinated government IT operations that ensure government agencies can conduct their operations across the full threat spectrum. The Swedish Social Insurance Agency is responsible for the joint Nitis office, which works on behalf of the collaborating agencies, and for the coordination mandate according to IT operations regulations. Administrative Law, IT, Development, and Interagency Collaboration You will have a central role in working with complex legal matters while collaborating closely with colleagues of different expertise across all collaborating agencies. We are looking for someone who combines strong legal expertise with excellent collaboration skills, sound judgment, and a solution-oriented approach. You communicate clearly and pedagogically and can adapt your communication to your audience – from legally knowledgeable colleagues to people without legal background. Your Responsibilities As a qualified legal counsel, you will work with complex and operationally relevant legal matters. You will, among other things: Drive legal matters forward in close collaboration with colleagues and other parts of the organization, Provide qualified legal advice and help translate legal assessments into practically feasible solutions, Coordinate and prepare matters together with other expertise and operational areas, Represent legal expertise in working groups, projects, and other collaborative arrangements, Maintain ongoing dialogue and collaboration with other agencies and public actors, Contribute to legislative, regulatory, and consultation work, Prepare and ensure quality of legal documentation, Identify legal matters, risks, and options and work with relevant stakeholders to develop appropriate solutions. You must be able to take responsibility for the legal analysis while also creating stakeholder support, understanding other perspectives, and getting different actors to work in the same direction. The work involves many contact points and requires that you are comfortable switching between independent legal work and close collaboration with others. As a lawyer, you handle confidential information, which requires high standards for proper handling. Therefore, it is important that you, who will work for us, have strong security awareness. You have strong legal analytical ability and can independently make well-founded legal assessments. Has a strong ability to work with others and drive progress on complex matters.
