The supplier market accounts for more than 70 percent of Trafikverket's total revenue. Work Tasks In the central Procurement and Logistics function, approximately 300 employees work with Trafikverket's procurement activities. Procurement and Logistics is responsible for developing, implementing and managing the organization's procurement and contracting activities as well as the supply of technically approved materials, through close interaction and dialogue with operational areas, suppliers and industry bodies. All deliveries from Procurement and Logistics shall contribute to value for the next step in the chain based on the social value and effects that the authority is tasked with achieving. Right now we are looking for a qualified procurement specialist who will primarily work with procurements within technical consultants and construction contracts for Trafikverket's operations in the two regions of South and Southeast. In your role as a qualified procurement specialist, you are responsible for executing business deals and ensuring that Trafikverket's procurement takes place in a business-like and legally correct manner. You drive our business in cross-functional teams covering everything from business setup and procurement to deal execution where business development is a central part of your work to achieve the effects we want to accomplish. In the early stages, you participate in and influence requirements in the procurement that lead to reduced climate impact and increased innovation, productivity and efficiency in our projects. Through communication and dialogue with the supplier market, you also create clarity and increased attractiveness for Trafikverket's business deals, while through collaboration with our suppliers you develop the business with a focus on sustainable contracts and a sustainable transport system. With procurement work as a strategic tool, you drive development towards Trafikverket's goals, including the strategic goal that Trafikverket shall be the supplier's first choice, which means we should be attractive for the best and most reliable suppliers to want to collaborate with Trafikverket as their preferred business partner. Your role includes providing internal advice and support in procurement and construction law and being a commercial support during the life of contracts with a focus on each contract's total economics, monitoring of delivery in accordance with the agreement, and feedback for continuous improvements. Trafikverket places great emphasis on being a leader in climate and sustainability. You play an important role in this work by participating early and influencing requirements in the procurement. Qualifications As a qualified procurement specialist, we see that you can independently drive and lead your work in a solution-oriented manner. Your good communication skills mean that you convey information in an accessible way and adapt communication to the recipient. We are looking for you who have: Post-secondary education in procurement, economics, law or other education that together with experience can be assessed as equivalent At least two years of experience in public procurement/purchasing or alternatively experience from procurement work in the private sector Good knowledge of LOU/LUF Experience in construction law AB, ABT and ABK as well as AMA Very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing It is also desirable if you have: Experience working with procurement systems such as Kommers Experience with negotiations in public procurement Other Information Do you want a flexible day with the opportunity to work from home?
