Here you will work together with others in management and will support, motivate, and provide the best conditions for your team members to perform their work. You will work closely with other managers. Through your engagement with the teams and clear leadership, you will lay the foundation for well-cohesive teams. Working hours are Monday - Friday 08:00-17:00. You will, for example: Have overall responsibility for technology and vehicles Ensure skills development, develop and support employees Lead and plan daily work efficiently for both patrol and stationary customers Handle daily contact with both large and small customers Have good oversight of work results and budgets within your operational area, and develop and follow up on operations We are security. We are Securitas. Job Requirements You are trained as a security guard and we prefer that you have two years of experience. Approved grades in Swedish from the first year of upper secondary school Category B driver's license Meritorious Experience in management Group leader training Good knowledge of the geographic work area covered by the position Experience working with our support systems The position suits you if you are security-conscious and have a positive attitude.
