We combine pleasant and secure learning environments with high standards for quality and expertise. Course instructors are sought in the following area: Adult Ballet Levels: Beginner - Easy Intermediate Courses begin in the August-September 2026 timeframe. Dance classes are scheduled for Tuesday evenings. The dance studio is centrally located in Helsingborg. Recruitment is ongoing throughout the summer. Job Responsibilities: Medborgarskolan seeks someone who wants to lead courses in the above area. Being an instructor with us means: you are a self-driven and engaging course leader who is genuinely interested in the subject. At the same time, you are attentive to participants' interests and needs. Your creativity in the studio and regarding course offerings is of great importance! We conduct our courses with a focus on participants, and it is important that you are available in terms of time and location. Your pedagogical skills and ability to inspire confidence and security will be tested in various ways across different courses. You have the opportunity to influence our course offerings and may also be an instructor in other courses/subjects, even at an advanced level. Some administrative work is included, such as attendance sheets. Qualifications: We seek someone with post-secondary education and experience in the above dance form. Previous teaching experience is desirable. You should be self-driven, attentive, creative, engaged, and genuinely interested in your subject area. You should also be organized, as the work involves some administration of attendance sheets and occasionally participant contact outside of course sessions. Duration: Fixed-term Start Date: September 2026 Working Hours: Part-time, scheduled hours. Hourly position.
