Personal Assistant – Afternoon/Evening, Approximately 40–50% Would you like meaningful work where you have the opportunity to make a real difference in a young girl's everyday life? We are now seeking a warm, reliable, and engaged personal assistant for a cheerful, curious, and charming 13-year-old girl in Skanör. This is an opportunity for you if you enjoy working with children and want to be a trusted and positive presence in someone else's daily life. You will become an important part of her life while also being part of a newly started assistance service, where we together want to build a safe, engaged, and well-functioning support system based on care, respect, and good cooperation. About Our Client: She is a curious and wonderful girl who enjoys doing different activities and spending time with her family. In her free time, she enjoys, among other things: • Baking • Shopping • Spending time with the family's dogs • Having coffee and pastries • Throwing pottery • Going to the cinema • Swimming • Watching series and films About the Position: The position is approximately 40–50% with work shifts of roughly 4–5 hours per day. • Employment form: Fixed-term employment for the duration of the assignment • Extent: Approximately 40–50% • Start: As soon as possible • Work hours: Afternoon and evening, both weekdays and weekends • Not allergic to dogs or afraid of them Your Responsibilities: As a personal assistant, you will, among other things: • Provide support during exercise and walks • Assist with daily and personal activities • Provide support after school and possibly during weekends • Help with schoolwork, for example, mathematics • Plan activities and contribute to a stimulating everyday life • Create safety, structure, and joy in daily life The work is primarily about being close by, helping with transfers from a wheelchair, being attentive, and helping her achieve an independent, active, and fulfilling everyday life. Engagement, care, sense of responsibility, and the willingness to learn carry significant weight. We would like to see that you have a driver's license.
