About the Operation BUP Region Dalarna consists of five outpatient clinics as well as an emergency team, ward 68, a family therapy unit, and an eating disorder unit. We are now offering a position at the outpatient clinic in the picturesque town of Mora, a location that offers opportunities for a rich leisure life regardless of interests and is close to most things. We work with families where children and adolescents present serious child psychiatric issues and apply a broad range of evidence-based treatment methods. When needed, treatment is conducted in close collaboration with, among others, schools and social services. You will become part of an engaged and competent work group consisting of curators, psychotherapists, psychologists, nurses, physicians, an occupational therapist, and administrative staff. Job Responsibilities As a curator, you contribute the psychosocial perspective encompassing psychological, systemic, and social-legal perspectives regarding patients and relatives. You are an important part of the interprofessional collaboration where you have particular expertise in the contributing factors that may underlie illness and child psychiatric symptoms. You apply your knowledge in assessment conversations, interprofessional discussions, and in child psychiatric treatment work. As a curator, you work to strengthen patients' and relatives' ability to manage external and internal challenges through conversations, family and network work, and social measures such as collaboration/coordination. This also includes psychotherapeutic treatment with individuals, families, and groups depending on education level and experience. As a new curator, you will be offered a mentor and will also participate in continuous supervision. During your first year, you will complete an introductory training designed to complement and deepen your child psychiatric knowledge and familiarize you with the operation's routines and guidelines. Qualifications Requirements for the position: Degree as a Social Worker (Socionomexamen) Experience in investigation or treatment work, or other work with children, adolescents, and families Driver's License Class B Merits for the position: Licensure as a Healthcare Curator Psychotherapy training and/or other relevant advanced education We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
