The clinic was previously operated by a private healthcare provider and has a well-established team with broad expertise in psychiatric outpatient care. With the transition to public management, the clinic is now part of a larger organization with a long-term societal mission, where patient needs, quality and equal care are at the center. Here psychologists, doctors, nurses, curators, occupational therapists and case managers work together in multidisciplinary teams. We offer evidence-based assessment, investigation and treatment – both individually and in groups. The clinic is located in Gustavsbergs centrum near Gustavsbergs harbor with good connections to Stockholm – approximately 25 minutes by bus from Slussen. By car from Södermalm approximately 20-25 minutes. Your Work as a Curator As a curator you will be part of a multidisciplinary team. You will be the team's consultant in psychosocial matters together with another curator and work independently with patients. In conversations with patients, you will assess the patient's need for support and services from healthcare neighbors and authorities that cooperate with psychiatry, and coordinate resources for the patient at the right institution. The role involves collaboration with external parties such as the employment agency, employers, the social insurance agency, social services and others. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Qualifications – You: - Have a degree in social work (socionomexamen). - Have experience working in psychiatry. - Are communicative, initiative-taking and have the ability to cooperate with different professional groups. It is an advantage if you have a license as a Healthcare Curator (Hälso- och sjukvårdskurator). What Do We Offer You? The position is a one-year locum tenens with full-time employment (100%). Requests for lower employment rates, but at least 75%, can be discussed. Start date by agreement. For patient-near work within Stockholm County Healthcare Area: - Background checks are applied before employment decision according to SLSO's overarching instructions for background checks in recruitment. - Employees who will have patient contact must undergo a new employee health examination, according to current directives, which takes place through occupational health services before employment. - In addition to Swedish professional license, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required.
