We are now seeking a curator for our team in Säffle! Your Workplace Säffle Health Center has approximately 40 employees and over 12,000 registered patients and is one of the largest health centers in Region Värmland. Your Responsibilities As a curator, you will be an important part of our team. The conversation clinic works with focused treatments for patients suffering from mental health issues or illness. The work is based on a general medical perspective in close collaboration with other activities at the health center and internal and external partners, for example Värmland Health Center which offers ICBT (internet-based cognitive behavioral therapy). The curator works in a team with other professional groups to provide patients with the best care possible. Your Knowledge and Competencies We are looking for you who are a licensed healthcare curator with basic psychotherapy training in CBT level 1. It is advantageous if you have previous experience working in primary care. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. We place great emphasis on personal qualities and wish for a new colleague who is self-motivated, flexible, and well-organized and who enjoys collaborating with others. You prioritize the patient's and the organization's best interests in your actions and decisions.
