About the position
As a curator with us, you work primarily with social and psychosocial investigation, assessment, and treatment work from a holistic view of the person. You meet patients and loved ones in different phases of illness and treatment, where you offer crisis and support conversations as well as support in matters concerning life situation, social conditions, and contact with authorities or voluntary organizations.
The curator's overarching goal is to create the best possible conditions for patients to manage a changed life situation during investigation of symptoms, acute or chronic illness. The work takes place both independently and together with team colleagues, through individual conversations and conversation groups in collaboration with other professions.
You will become part of a multidisciplinary team in outpatient care and rehabilitation, where multiple professions work together to provide the patient with coordinated support based on medical, functional, and psychosocial needs.
The position is a full-time temporary assignment.

- Has a holistic perspective and ability to see both the patient's needs and the organization's goals, and how different parts connect in a complex care situation
- Takes initiative, drives your work forward, and sees what needs to be done in daily work
- Collaborates well with others and contributes to unpretentious teamwork to create the best possible support for patients
- Is independent in your approach and confident in making your own decisions within your area of responsibility

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Social worker degree
- At least two years of work experience as a social worker
Meritorious:
- Certification as a healthcare and social welfare curator
- Experience as a healthcare and social welfare curator
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams
- Experience leading conversation groups
