We are looking for a school counselor As a school counselor at Realgymnasiet, you work as part of student welfare in accordance with the Education Act. You work in close collaboration with teachers and the student welfare team to provide the best conditions for learning for our students. You meet with students, guardians, and staff, offering profession-specific expertise through conversations, support contacts, counseling, and guidance in the psychosocial area. You drive student welfare work together with your colleagues, from a broad perspective based on the current educational offerings at the school. The work also takes place together with other teaching staff at the school to contribute to students' goal achievement. Qualifications To be considered for this role, we see that you have: Relevant education in, for example, social psychology, social work, behavioral science, or social pedagogy at university level. Previous experience as a school counselor in upper secondary school is meritorious. We are looking for someone who shares Lärande's core values – safety, development, team, and success.
